Leaving your pet in the hospital can be difficult. Feeling worried is natural, but knowing what happens behind the scenes can make the experience much easier.

Before admission

The veterinarian will explain why your pet needs to stay, the expected length of admission and the estimated cost. You will sign a treatment consent form, and we will record the best number for reaching you at any time.

Inside the hospital

We keep separate wards for cats and dogs. This is important because the sound and scent of dogs can increase stress in cats. We also have isolation spaces for infectious cases and intensive-care units for critically ill patients.

• Temperature, food intake and elimination recorded during every shift
• A daily photo update sent on WhatsApp

What to bring

A blanket or toy that smells like home can help your pet settle. If your pet eats a special diet or takes long-term medication, please bring it in its original packaging.

After discharge

You will receive a medical report covering the diagnosis, treatment provided, medication instructions and follow-up date. If any new symptom appears at home, contact us straight away.
