بدأت برايم كير من فكرة بسيطة: أن الحيوان المتألم لا يستحق أن ينتظر، وأن صاحبه يستحق أن يفهم ما يحدث بالضبط. ومن هذا المنطلق بُنيت العيادة — عيادة مصممة خصيصًا للقطط والكلاب والحيوانات الأليفة الصغيرة، بمسارات هادئة تقلل توتر الحيوان من لحظة دخوله الباب.
كيف نعمل
كل حالة عندنا تسلك المسار نفسه: فحص إكلينيكي كامل، وتشخيص بأجهزة داخل العيادة، وخطة علاج مكتوبة تُشرح لصاحب الحيوان قبل أن نبدأ، وتقرير طبي بعد كل زيارة. ولا يبدأ أي علاج قبل أن تعرف السبب والتكلفة والبدائل.
ما الذي يصنعه التشخيص داخل العيادة؟
لدينا معمل تحاليل وأشعة رقمية وسونار في المكان نفسه. وهذا يعني أن صورة الدم والكيمياء والأشعة تظهر في الزيارة نفسها لا بعد يومين. وفي الحالات الحرجة يكون هذا الفارق هو الفرق بين أن نتدخل مبكرًا أو أن نتأخر.
المستشفى الداخلي
قسم الإقامة الداخلية مخصص للحالات التي تحتاج إلى ملاحظة. وأماكن القطط منفصلة عن الكلاب — وهذه ليست رفاهية بل أمر أساسي، لأن صوت الكلاب ورائحتها يرفعان توتر القطط ويؤثران على استجابتها للعلاج. المراقبة على مدار 24 ساعة، ونرسل لصاحب الحيوان تحديثًا يوميًا بالصور على واتساب.
غرفة العمليات
غرفة عمليات معقّمة بتخدير مُراقَب بالكامل — أي أن أجهزة المونيتور تتابع النبض والتنفس ونسبة الأكسجين وضغط الدم طوال العملية، لا مجرد جرعة تخدير وانتهى الأمر. وهذا ما يجعل الجراحة آمنة حتى للحيوانات كبيرة السن أو التي تعاني من مشاكل في القلب.

Prime Care started from a simple idea: an animal in pain should not have to wait, and its owner deserves to understand exactly what is happening. How we work
Every case follows the same path: a full clinical examination, diagnostics run in-house, a written treatment plan explained to the owner before anything begins, and a medical report after each visit. No treatment starts before you know the cause, the cost and the alternatives.
Why in-house diagnostics matter
Our laboratory, digital radiography and ultrasound are all under one roof. Blood work, biochemistry and imaging come back within the same visit rather than two days later. In critical cases that difference decides whether we intervene early or too late.
The in-patient hospital
The ward is reserved for cases that need observation. Feline spaces are kept separate from canine ones — not a luxury, but a clinical necessity, because the sound and scent of dogs raises a cat’s stress and affects how it responds to treatment. Monitoring runs around the clock, and owners get a daily photo update on WhatsApp.
The operating theatre
A sterile theatre with fully monitored anaesthesia — heart rate, respiration, oxygen saturation and blood pressure tracked throughout the procedure, not just a dose and hope. That is what makes surgery safe even for older animals or those with cardiac disease.
