ماذا تتوقع أثناء الزيارة؟
يبدأ الفريق بسؤال قصير عن الجلد والسلوك وما ترغب في تنفيذه، ثم يستخدم أسلوب تعامل هادئ ويوقف الإجراء إذا ظهرت علامات خوف أو ألم غير آمنة.
قبل الموعد
أخبرنا عن الحساسية أو الشامبو الطبي أو تجربة سابقة غير مريحة، ولا تعطِ مهدئًا منزليًا دون وصفة وتعليمات واضحة.
المتابعة وخطة الرعاية
نشرح ما تم تنفيذه وأي ملاحظة على الجلد أو الأذن أو الأظافر، ونقترح جدول عناية منزلية ومواعيد مناسبة لنوع الفراء.
What to expect
The team asks about skin, behaviour and the requested trim, then uses calm handling and stops if fear or pain makes the procedure unsafe.
Before your appointment
Tell us about allergies, medicated shampoos or previous stressful experiences. Do not give a home sedative without a veterinary prescription and instructions.
Follow-up and care plan
We explain what was completed, note any skin, ear or nail concerns and suggest a home-care routine and suitable grooming interval.
