- جفاف أو قيء وإسهال شديدDehydration or severe vomiting and diarrhoea
- صعوبة تنفس أو حاجة إلى أكسجينBreathing difficulty or need for oxygen
- مراقبة بعد جراحة أو تخديرObservation after surgery or anaesthesia
- تسمم أو التهاب شديدToxicity or severe inflammation
- عدم القدرة على الأكل أو تناول الدواءInability to eat or take medication

ماذا تتوقع أثناء الزيارة؟
عند الدخول تُحدد المشكلات والأهداف وخطة المراقبة والأدوية والتغذية. يُعاد تقييم الحالة على فترات تناسب خطورتها وتُعدل الخطة وفق الاستجابة.
قبل الموعد
أحضر الأدوية والطعام الطبي إن وُجد، وقدم معلومات اتصال متاحة للموافقة على أي قرار عاجل خلال الإقامة.
المتابعة وخطة الرعاية
يصدر تقرير خروج بالأدوية والتغذية والنشاط والعلامات التي تحتاج إلى مراجعة، مع تحديد الموعد التالي أو التحاليل المطلوبة.
What to expect
At admission, the problems, goals, monitoring frequency, medication and nutrition plan are documented. The patient is reassessed according to clinical severity and treatment response.
Before your appointment
Bring current medication and prescription food and provide a reachable contact for decisions that may be needed during the stay.
Follow-up and care plan
A discharge report covers medication, feeding, activity and warning signs, together with the next review date or required tests.
